2. Your Statutory Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Withdrawal Period:

  • The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) receives the goods
  • For multiple items ordered in one order but delivered separately, the period begins when you receive the last item

Effects of Withdrawal:

  • We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except supplementary costs if you chose a delivery method other than our standard delivery)
  • Reimbursement will be made within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or you provide proof of return, whichever is earlier
  • We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise

3. Our 30-Day Return Policy

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer an extended 30-day return policy for unopened products:

Eligibility for 30-Day Returns:

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be unopened and in their original, sealed packaging
  • Products must be in resalable condition
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase is required

Products Not Eligible for Return (beyond the 14-day statutory period):

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Products with broken seals
  • Products returned after 30 days from delivery
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage by the customer

4. How to Return a Product

  • Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange)

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging if possible
  • Include the Return Authorization Number with your shipment
  • Ship to the address provided in the return instructions
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method

Step 4: Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been processed.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Extended 30-day Returns:

Partial Refunds:

7. Exchanges
